FROM PRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENTDevelopment of musical projects from head to toeIn this seminar, Leandro Frías intends to strip myths and legends the tasks that include the production and management of a musical project. It addresses the analysis of the discipline to find useful and concrete tools that can guide the artist and his team in strategic decisions that favor the development and professionalization of projects. The seminar offers four dynamic and fluid meetings, with visual support to facilitate the understanding of the suggested content and readings that complement the classes. An excellent opportunity to (re)think about the challenges of music in the 21st century, visualize the post-pandemic scenario, broaden the horizon and meet new colleagues.
